Ninjist provides a platform for creating and sharing wish lists with friends and family. You may use the service only for lawful personal purposes.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Ninjist. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Ninjist (Ideas, notes, links, images). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use Ninjist for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the service without permission

Ninjist is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ninjist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
